BUILDING I
Terrace I is a five (5) story, 115,000 square foot building which was completed in 1998. The first of the Terrace buildings, Terrace I features a distinctive limestone exterior, two-level Italian tile lobby, workout room/basketball area, showers and an attached parking garage. The building is situated just minutes from downtown Austin and offers spectacular views of the city, and is Energy Star certified.
