BUILDING VII
Terrace VII is a six (6) story office tower containing approximately 192,000 square feet. Completed in 2002, Terrace VII is constructed atop a four level garage delivering outstanding views of Austin's downtown skyline and the surrounding Texas Hill Country. Architecturally Terrace VII features a combination of limestone and gray glass exterior, a two level granite lobby and is Energy Star certified. Building amenities include workout facility with showers, designated loading dock area with separate freight elevator. The Terrace is pleased to announce the law firm of Vinson and Elkins as Building VII's anchor tenant.
