The Terrace is a 109 acre, master-planned mixed use development located in Southwest Austin, just minutes from downtown, Austin's Bergstrom International Airport and numerous residential areas. The Terrace when fully developed will include 1.1 Million square feet of office space (7 buildings), a 308 unit luxury apartment complex, an upscale hotel and approximately 18,000 square feet of retail. Currently the project consists of Buildings I, II, VI, and VII.
