The Terrace retail development consists of approximately 18,880 square feet situated near the proposed upscale hotel on Via Fortuna Drive. There is also a 6,300 square foot restaurant planned on the same site. Both are planned for upscale tenants to benefit from the synergy of the current and proposed office tenants.
